Personal Statement:

My diverse financial background, broad range of business and marketing education & experience equips me especially well to compete in the overcrowded Southwest Michigan Real Estate business.

I am very excited with the momentum of my enterprise as I realize  considerable specific success in my goal to deal solely in Southwest Michigan "Waterfront" Property. I have developed a sizable following of eager clients and prospects seeking this increasingly rare commodity.

Although I am aware of many (what "Realtors" call) "Will-Sells" (not listed)I have urgent need to learn of possible other Lakefront property that might be available in all price ranges. I accept such knowledge in "total confidence". I invite anyone seeking or hoping to sell a Lakefront home or lot(s) in Southwest Michigan to contact me. Do this even if you have a friend in the real estate business. I will include your friend! The important thing - (if you are selling) is finding a buyer at your price, or (if you are buying) simply finding the right place at the right price.

Because of my Internet exposure I have placed many quality lake homes in the hands of happy buyers.

In the event you want me to represent your property, I have several very unique approaches that minimize the cost of sales yet delivers optimal net results.

I limit my (client) caseload at any one time. By doing this my clients are assured that I have time to do what they expect of me. This increases the probability of success considerably.

I reserve sufficient energy to also help prior clients, a few friends and close acquaintances market their homes, even if they don't necessarily meet my typical criteria.

Whether a Buyer or a Seller, if I am not able to include you in my schedule I will refer you to one of my associates or possibly another Realtor or real estate brokerage who meets my performance standards & expectations.

Allow me to make things happen for YOU !
