Specializing in Michigan lake homes and cottages, lakefront land, waterfront property such as Gull Lake real estate and Michigan waterfront property – United Country – Michigan Lifestyle Properties & Lake to Lake Realty, we concentrate our focus on bringing together buyers and sellers of waterfront, lakefront, fishing, golf and other recreational property throughout Michigan, including Michigan lake homes and cottages, and other Michigan lake real estate. Based in the Lake Michigan resort town of South Haven, Michigan Lifestyle Properties and with a second office near the vacation destination of Gull Lake in Richland, Lake to Lake Realty, our agents are possitioned to represent properties throughout the state of Michigan.

Our team of professionals has a significant breadth of experience and expertise, and includes an attorney, two licensed real estate appraisers, a Certified Financial Planner®, experienced stagers, and professional Realtors ®. Though our clients may work primarily with one member of our team, their needs are often served by other staff members who are consulted behind the scenes to serve our clients best interests. David S. Kreager, CFP ® , Broker/Owner
David Kreager is the Broker/Owner of Michigan Lifestyle Properties, which he started in 2009. It is the only company of its kind that serves buyers and sellers of waterfront, recreational, equine and other lifestyle properties, including country homes, log homes, acreage, bed & breakfasts, and other non-traditional property types throughout Michigan. David has 30 years of sales management, marketing and real estate development experience. The majority of his professional career was spent in the financial services industry, with American Express Financial Corporation. Since 1984, he has been a Certified Financial Planner ®, and is qualified to work with IRA investors who invest tax-qualified money in real estate. He is also a candidate for the Accredited Land Consultant® designation. In 2001, he stepped out of a senior sales management position to devote more time to his family, community involvement, and to manage a number of business interests. He is a Past President of the Gull Lake Community Schools Board of Trustees, as well as the Gull Lake Area Rotary Club, and is a graduate of Michigan State University and the University of Minnesota Executive Development Program. His start in the real estate business came as an investor of Lake Michigan properties in the late 1990s. He has also developed and owns several commercial properties. David and his family live in South Haven, on the Lake Michigan shoreline.

Kelley Blacken, Realtor®, CTA
Kelley is a native of southwest Michigan and knows very well the unique qualities that make the area a great place to live and vacation.
Licensed as a real estate agent since 2005, Kelley has extensive knowledge of the neighborhoods and lakes of the region. For 24 years,
she published The Condominium and Apartment Guide, an invaluable resource for apartment dwellers throughout southwest Michigan.
The marketing experience that Kelley gained from that endeavor, combined with United Country Real Estate’s unique marketing resources
and capabilities, enable Kelley to serve her clients extremely well. She particularly enjoys working with buyers and sellers of lakefront property
and country homes on acreage. Living with an avid golfer, Kelley also welcomes the opportunity to work with golf properties.

Terry Carpenter, Associate Broker
Terry brings a wealth of banking and real estate experience to his client relationships. His very successful commercial banking
career culminated with his retirement from Indiana Lawrence Bank, where he served as President and CEO. During his career,
he personally originated hundreds of commercial and residential loans and managed over $200 million in corporate and trust assets.
After leaving banking, Terry started Gull Lake Realty (later to become Lake to Lake Realty), which specialized in southwest
Michigan lakefront property, and he created the extremely popular and highly rated Gull Lake Realty website, which allowed visitors to easily
search for lake property on the most popular southwest Michigan lakes. Terry’s enterprise at Lake to Lake Realty is dedicated to
the marketing of lakefront and extraordinary properties, including recreational land and commercial/industrial parcels. He and
his wife live on Gull Lake.

Ryan Johnson, Realtor®/Land Appraiser
Ryan is a native of the Gull Lake community. He has a strong passion for the outdoors and enjoys a wide range of recreational activities. His ambitions for the outdoors led him west, where he enrolled in the Natural Resources Department at Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado. In 1999, he graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Commercial Recreation & Tourism. In 2000, Ryan joined USLots.com, a national internet based marketing firm, where he was responsible for developing national relationships for selling lots and land. In 2003, Ryan moved back to Michigan and co-founded Yankee Appraisal Associates, a land appraisal firm, where he has been actively appraising real property. He has specialized in appraising suburban and rural land, with an emphasis in partial interest appraisals for both private landowners and conservation groups. In June of 2012, Ryan joined United Country - Michigan Lifestyle Properties to pursue real estate sales, specializing in land. Ryan’s passion for the outdoors and substantial experience working with recreational, agricultural and residential land throughout Michigan enable him to bring enormous value to his clients.

Michael Hutchinson, Attorney
Michael has been a member of the State Bar of Michigan since 1996, and is the owner of Michael J. Hutchinson, PLC, a specialty legal practice focused on estate planning and administration, and real estate law. Michael has represented developers, contractors, condominium associations, and individuals in all types of real estate matters. He grew up on Gull Lake, and has enjoyed the lake living lifestyle his entire life. He enjoys sailing, motor boating and water skiing, as well as fly fishing, which he’s done on many of Michigan’s rivers and streams. He’s also been active in both the Gull Lake and South Haven Yacht Clubs. Mike’s knowledge of the area, combined with his attention to detail, position him to bring great value to his clients.

and has extensive experience in the valuation of vacant land, waterfront properties, condominiums, small residential income properties,
pre-construction projects and manufactured housing. In addition, having served a number of real estate investor clients, Joe manages
an extensive property management portfolio. Joe grew up on Gull Lake and knows firsthand the quality of living that Michigan provides.

A 28-year veteran of the business, he worked for eight years with Century 21 before starting Sun Coast Realty, Inc., in South Haven, where he was the broker/owner for 20 years. Throughout his career, Bob has lent his experience and expertise to both professional and community boards, including serving on numerous committees for the Southwest Michigan Board of Realtors, as well as the Van Buren County Board of Health. Steve specializes in waterfront communities. He has been involved in southwest Michigan lake properties for over ten years, and
has extensive experience in the development, construction and marketing of lakefront cottages, as well as the purchase and
development of vacant land, including designing and acting as general contractor. Steve is also a partner in Lakeside Properties, LLC,
which specializes in southwest Michigan second homes. One of Lakeside Properties’ projects is the highly successful Lake Chapin Shores.
